I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Glenn on a purchase for my home theater. He was very knowledgeable and took time to determine what my concerns were and what might be the best solution for my. The purchase process was seamless and the shipping was ridiculous fast (to be fair I'm fairly close to the store). Setup was very easy and they provided all the info you could ask for. I had a video call with Don confirm my setup and answer any questions had. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience as you would hope for a premium product.

Greg and David came out today to install a new Audioquest Power Surge protector for my home audio and video home theater. Excellent techs and they know their business. I am a long time 35 year customer of Audio Advice and have 100% customer satisfaction with this local company. Their Sales and Service techs are top notch. Have purchased a lot of new products over the years and have had a dozen or more house calls to repair or install new equipment. Very pleased with their service.

Long overdue review. This one-stop audio shop rocks. From start to finish ten stars across the board. Ernie helped me with component selection, made great recommendations for a very custom atypical layout and everything sounds and looks great. Guillermo and his team were audio surgeons, they did an exemplary job installing everything cleanly and they were expertly able to navigate around obstacles as they came up. Greg came out for a service call after a flood a year later. He very quickly identified a receiver issue and offered multiple solutions. Greg was super professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail. Audio Advice has a reputation for being the best for a reason.

Thomas and Jeremy came on time. They were professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer all of my questions. I bought a soundbar for the livingroom which required them to drill through some stone tile. They were very careful and deliberate and when ithe install was complete, there weren't any chips or scratches and the audio sounds great! For the theater, I bought a projector and receiver. Not only did they calibrate my new equipment but also optimized my PS5 to ensure it was at peak performance. They did an all around fantastic job!
